When you buy from the C-MART Online Shopping website, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return goods. This policy sets out when you can return goods, and how to do so.
If you change your mind
If you change your mind, we offer a refund or exchange of certain goods within certain time periods (please see the table below).
You should please take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting goods, but would not extend to your opening certain goods, for example, sealed cleaning products).
If you have received faulty or damaged goods
You may hand any faulty or damaged goods back to the driver at the time of delivery for a refund or return to the c-mart store printed on the delivery documents (with proof of purchase) for a refund or exchange. At the Customer Services desk you can request a refund.
When you return goods
Customer shall return goods at his/her own cost. Goods returned shall be refunded at the price which the Customer had paid at the point of delivery.
Please note that, in the event of a refund, all Clubcard points received for the purchase of the refunded goods will be removed from Customer Clubcard account.
For the avoidance of doubt, this provision does not affect the rights of the Customer for non-acceptance of substituted goods.
Customer can cancel or change any of Customer’s current orders up to 11pm on the evening before the shopping is due to be delivered. If in an emergency, the Customer needs to cancel the order after this time, Customer may contact Customer Services and we will try our best to help.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.

Thank you for your online purchase. There are terms & conditions that we would like to highlight to you with regards Return / Exchange Policy with the Electrical items that you purchased online via C-MART ONLINE SHOP
No product testing and/or installation for customers during delivery hence customers are required to receive the electrical product in sealed packaging. If there is any faulty sets, kindly return / exchange at the store stated on the receipt
Warranty for electrical products is One year. If your electrical product is faulty within 1 year of purchase:
For electrical products A & B brand –exchange/refund is not applicable at C-MART ONLINE. Customers need to bring the original receipt and dated suppliers warranty card to supplier’s service center for repair
For electrical products C brand – Refund is NOT applicable. Product exchange is not applicable unless products faulty within1 year. Customers can exchange the product with same or lower selling price. Customers need to bring the original receipt and dated suppliers warranty card complete in box to C-MART. Exchange need to be done at the specific C-MART OUTLET stated on the receipt
For any repair of A or B brand, customer need to refer to suppliers’ service center.

Brand C electrical product is faulty within 1 year of purchase, bring the original receipt and dated suppliers warranty card complete in box for exchange with term and condition .Exchange is only for product with same or lower selling price. Refund is not applicable.
For electrical products brand A & B, customer exchange/refund is not applicable. Customers are required to liaise directly with suppliers’ service center.
